Other: i have weird eating habits. last year i was 108 pounds, and by the end of the school year i was like 113. but i never ate a thing. i ate really unhealthy throughout summer and i went up to about 119. this year has just been bad i go from 117-122 and im hoping that this diet will help me loose the weight without me having to go to unhealthy measures. i'm staring on monday, january 22nd.
i have some questions..
if i eat the same thing(or around the same thing everyday) will i still see results?
im a picky eater, plus im a vegatarian
and anything else in the way of carbs that i can eat?
