Have to do something!
So I'm back and have decided I need to do something about my weight again! I'm so sick of feeling fat, bloated and yuk!
Not sure which direction to go in, calorie counting, low fat, gi, cambridge, etc, etc...
What are you guys finding works for you? I need to lose around 3.5 stone!
